How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Simply click the link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s tracking page (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail). Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also log in to your Beydemüller account on our Website to view your order history and tracking details in one place.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or your tracking number doesn’t update after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team and we’ll assist you.

Are your watches customizable?

As part of our Originals line we are not offering customization. Future models will have a range of color themes and straps available.

Every Beydemüller timepiece is crafted with premium materials selected for both durability and elegance. Our watches feature:
Stainless Steel: High-grade 316L stainless steel cases and bracelets, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and its refined finish.
Sapphire Crystal: Scratch-resistant sapphire glass protects the dial, ensuring clarity and long-lasting transparency.
Premium Movements: Japanese Miyota and Seiko automatic and quartz movements, known for precision and reliability.

Do you offer a warranty on your watches?

Yes. Every Beydemüller watch comes with a 2-year international warranty along with a 28-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Movement malfunctions not caused by improper use

The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Water damage if the crown is not properly secured or the watch has been opened by an unauthorized party

If service is needed, simply contact us or an authorized Beydemüller service partner with your proof of purchase, and we will ensure your timepiece is restored to our standards.
